Who is the Deputy? Where is the Sheriff? The Deputy may be new in town, but he is one smooth character, despite his rustic, earthy overtones. You will want to get on his good side, and fast. Smooth/Medium-bodied
2024 Viognier
The wine that might have inspired the whole “swirl and sniff” thing - beautifully aromatic in a way that few other wines are. Smells sweet but isn't. Fruity
This “vin gris” (white wine made from dark-skinned grapes) has almost as much color as a rosé, with unique flavors for a totally new wine experience. Fruity/dry
2024 White Mourvedre
Our Syrah is the perfect dinner party guest: suave, sophisticated, polished, and won't talk your ear off with boring stories about new barrels. Smooth/full-bodied
