Team

Co-Owner, General Manager. Full-time cat herder. “Mom Alana” to the Happiness Engineers.

Alana grew up on Bainbridge Island and honed her baking skills at the Art Institute of Seattle, where she mastered the art of “making all the things delicious.” She also earned a BS in Business with an accounting focus, so she can whip up a spreadsheet as easily as she can whip up a soufflé.

When she’s not busy running the show, you’ll find Alana exploring the great outdoors on horseback or hiking trails, diving into a good book, experimenting in the kitchen, or jetting off to discover new adventures with her son, Alexander. If you spot Alexander in the tasting room, just bring up basketball, and you’ll have a new best friend before you know it.

As for Alana’s favorite Eleven wine? Don’t even bother asking—it changes faster than the weather! Her pick depends on her mood, the season, her lunch, her outfit, or even the best punchline she heard in the tasting room that day. One thing’s for sure: her love for Eleven wines is as versatile as her talents.

Alana

Co-Owner, Winemaker. Certified nap enthusiast, with advanced training in couch-based research.

Armathia graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science in Business Animal Science - pre-vet, proving she was destined to work with living things, even if they’re mostly grapes now. Her love for animals shines through as a devoted dog mom to her trio of pups: Charlie, Lucy, and Tannin (the winery’s resident wine dog and arguably the team MVP).

What drew Armathia into the world of winemaking? A mix of her love for chemistry, creativity, and the irresistible charm of turning science into something delicious. While she’s a pro at every stage of the winemaking process, her true specialty is quality control—also known as “tasting the wine,” a role she takes very seriously (for the sake of excellence, of course). Whether she’s perfecting a blend, chasing the next vintage, or sneaking in some dog cuddles, Armathia brings her passion and a hearty laugh to everything she does.

Armathia

Co-Owner, Tasting Room & Events Manager. Runs entirely on coffee and questionable decisions.

Ashley, a proud Kitsap County native, has a knack for seeing the world through a lens—literally! With a degree in Commercial Photography from the Art Institute of Seattle, she’s got an eye for capturing life’s magic. Her favorite time of day? Those early mornings when the world is still, the birds are serenading, and the coffee is brewing (perfection, right?).

While her gardening skills are still a work in progress, Ashley’s determined to turn her thumb a vibrant green someday. When she’s not digging into the dirt or her latest photography project, you’ll find her snuggled up with her husband, Jaymes (the musician—swoon alert), binge-watching their favorite shows or cheering him on at his gigs with friends in tow.

These days, Ashley is diving headfirst into the world of wine, soaking up the knowledge and savoring every moment—preferably with a glass of Malbec in hand. Life’s all about good company, great wine, and making the most of it, and Ashley’s here for all of it!

Ashley

Wine Club & Marketing Manager. In search of sleep, sanity, & unicorns. Dog mom.

Stephanie has an MBA from Winthrop University and a Bachelor’s in Business with a Marketing emphasis—but don’t let the credentials fool you, she’s got jokes and spreadsheets. She escaped South Carolina over a decade ago, trading corporate chaos for raincoats, waterproof shoes, and all the quirky charm of the Pacific Northwest.

Now she’s the mastermind behind Eleven’s wine club and the wizard responsible for this fabulous website. When she’s not busy being awesome, you’ll find her petting every dog in sight, sipping a perfectly spiced chai, hiking like a local, or unapologetically binging Hallmark Christmas movies—because Christmas is absolutely a year-round lifestyle.

Stephanie

Tasting Room & Events Manager. Fueled by mixtapes and the eternal hope of a Breakfast Club reunion.

Born and raised in Montana, Jill is a true outdoor enthusiast—with one tiny catch: she’s absolutely terrified of bees (and really, anything that buzzes). Her solution? Embrace the snow, where the buzzing is nonexistent, and the scenery is stunning!

Jill’s love for learning runs deep. She’s tackled passions of all kinds, earning her B.S. in Business from Montana State University (Go Cats!) and a Diploma in Residential Design from the Art Institute of Seattle. These days, she’s diving into her latest adventure: all things wine.

When she’s not exploring the world of wine, Jill is a proud wife and mom to a lively mix of furry, feathery, and human kids. Isn’t her life just un-bee-lievably fun?

Jill

Wholesale & Happiness Engineer. Will go into survival mode if tickled.

Forrest’s roots run deep in the lush forests of the Pacific Northwest, where his love for nature and curiosity about the world first blossomed. While studying Conservation Biology at the University of Idaho, he stumbled upon his passion for winemaking—and it’s been at the heart of his life ever since.

In the tasting room, Forrest loves sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm with visitors, often delighting them with fun facts about wine, nature, or just about anything else (seriously, he’s a walking trivia goldmine). He’s also a proud member of the winemaking team, bringing his dedication to every step of the process. Recently, Forrest has taken on the exciting challenge of wholesale sales, expanding his expertise and spreading the love of wine far and wide.

Forrest

Founder. Scientist. Chef. Bike racing fanatic. All my puns are intentional.

Winemaking might not seem like the obvious connection between science, cooking, and adventure, but it beautifully brings all those elements together. Crafting great wine demands meticulous preparation, dedicated study, and long hours of hands-on effort. Matt’s rich experiences in the lab, the kitchen, and on the road perfectly paved the way for the day he first stepped into the cellar—and left forever changed.

For Matt, winemaking embodies everything that matters most in life: honoring the earth, embracing hard work and learning, and sharing unforgettable moments with friends and family.

Matt

Happiness Engineer. Coffee-Drinker, Lego Master, Recent cat lover.

Brooke is a multi-talented powerhouse with a degree in Computational Data Science & Chinese Language from Penn State (We Are!). Over the years, she’s worn many hats—barista, lifeguard, data engineer—but her current gig as a Happiness Engineer is hands-down her favorite.

When she’s not busy spreading joy, Brooke channels her adventurous spirit into traveling and exploring every corner of the Pacific Northwest. With her boundless curiosity and love for adventure, there’s no telling where her next journey will take her!

Brooke

Cellar Master. I wish I knew when my pizza would arrive.

Connor, a Southern Oregon native, made his way to Washington to earn his Bachelor's degree in Marketing. When he’s not immersed in his studies, you’ll find him diving into his favorite hobbies—photography, pop-punk music, and all things tech. (Got a computer issue? Connor just might be your guy!)

He’s also got a serious love for sneakers and adores his two French Bulldog boys. But if there’s one thing that truly has his heart, it’s a perfectly brewed cold brew—and, naturally, a glass of Eleven wine!

Connor

Happiness Engineer. Binge-watches Bob Ross to get the technique down for “Happy Little Trees.”

Aiden’s got stories for days—like the time he backpacked solo through Western Europe for three months and fell hard for Amsterdam. He’s all about the classics, with a music playlist straight out of the 70s and 80s (think George Harrison, Fleetwood Mac, and Neil Young). Oh, and he’s a film photography enthusiast, so don’t be surprised if you see him sneaking a candid shot or two.

When he’s not enjoying a glass of wine, Aiden’s diving into writing and dreaming up ways to save the planet through conservation and climate advocacy.

Aiden

Wholesale & Happiness Engineer. Believes flamingos are plotting something & she is team flamingo.

Tiffany is a proud Bremerton local with a deep love for the Pacific Northwest! When she’s not busy in the wine industry, she’s on the go with her three kids, cheering them on at their sports and activities. She’s also the creative force behind a thriving woodworking business that crafts adorable décor for kids.

A big fan of road trips and discovering new places, Tiffany is also on a quest to find the ultimate french fries (because who isn’t?). Her adventurous spirit has led her to taste hundreds of ciders in recent years, but now she’s diving into the world of wine with enthusiasm and curiosity. Cheers to new adventures, one sip at a time!

Tiffany

Happiness Engineer. Certified expert in doing “just one more thing.”

Nick is a Bremerton local through and through—born, raised, and proud of it. He’s all about family, community, and showing up as a good human every day. Whether it’s in the tasting room or behind the scenes, Nick’s the kind of person who makes the whole team better just by being part of it.

Outside of work, you’ll find him playing ice hockey down the street, catching Seattle sports, digging through records, or heading to live music (with a soft spot for pro wrestling, too). If it involves water, nature, a warm fire, or a cold drink, he’s in.

Come say hi! Nick’s always up for a good conversation and a great glass of wine.

Nick

Happiness Engineer. Emotionally supported by snacks and vibes.

Originally from South Carolina, Dustin’s journey has taken him from studying art and psychology to working a vineyard in Italy (casual flex), and even spending a few years soaking up city life in Chicago. These days, he’s all about balancing creativity and the great outdoors—whether that’s hiking around the PNW, hanging out with his two dogs Juni and Tina, or getting lost in a good painting session.

Come say hi, talk art, wine, or travel, and don’t be surprised if he convinces you that life’s better with a little creativity (and a glass of wine).

Dustin

Happiness Engineer. Chasing mountain views and fresh blooms.

Meghan is a recent convert to the world of wine after spending the last decade deep in craft beer—and she’s fully committed. Originally from Tucson, she spent about eight years in Colorado before making the move to Washington with her fiancé, bringing plenty of mountain stories with her.

She’s no stranger to adventure, with bucket list backpacking trips like the Tour du Mont Blanc and Four Pass Loop under her belt, plus thirteen 14ers summited in Colorado (so yes, she’ll take all your hiking recs). When she’s not in the tasting room, you’ll likely find her at Moss and Madder working as a farmhand, getting one step closer to her dream of owning a flower farm someday.

Meghan’s all about creative, hands-on hobbies—from upcycled clothing and cyanotype to paddle boarding, overlanding, and hanging with her 10-year-old Boston Terrier.

If there’s a trail, a project, or a patch of flowers nearby, Meghan is already on it.

Meghan

Happiness Engineer. Gathering people, pouring wine, & probably planning the next party.

Tanna is a third-generation Poulsbo native with deep roots in the community and a big heart for supporting local. Now based in Bremerton, she’s all in on the people, the growth, and creating spaces where everyone feels welcome.

She’s raised seven kids, homeschooled for 20 years, and now gets to enjoy time with her growing crew, including grandbabies and plenty of full-house moments. Along the way, she’s built a life around bringing people together—through catering, baking, event planning, and managing a busy salon.

Tanna has spent over 30 years feeding people for every kind of gathering, from celebrations to quiet moments of remembrance. She’s endlessly curious about food, culture, and travel, and you’ll often find her cooking, gardening, reading, or planning the next get-together.

Her love of wine started about a decade ago and quickly turned into a full-on passion, from learning about regions and production to pairing it all with great food. Owning a wine bar has been a long-time dream, which makes landing at Eleven feel exactly right.

Tanna

Lisa

Happiness Engineer. Living in the moment, preferably one with snacks.

Lisa grew up on Bainbridge Island, raised her family there, and now calls Poulsbo home. She’s a proud mom to Marcus and Stella - both Eastern Washington University grads, just like her (go Eags).

She’s always had a soft spot for the number 11, so landing at Eleven feels like a perfect match. Lisa loves being at the wine bar, meeting new people, sharing great wine, and hearing all the stories that come with it.

When she’s not pouring, you’ll find her spending time with family and friends, enjoying great food, playing Scrabble, diving into crime podcasts, or soaking up a beach day with a glass of wine in hand.

Happiness Supporter. In search of the purr-fect wine and the next Hallmark Christmas movie binge.

Erica has been a proud Bainbridge Islander for so long, she’s practically part of the landscape. While you won’t catch her in the tasting room, she’s the behind-the-scenes wizard making sure Eleven Winery runs like a dream.

When she’s off the clock, Erica loves spending time with her favorite person—her husband—and their trio of adorable cats (who may or may not secretly run the household). Her top pick from Eleven’s lineup? La Primavera, because a little pink in your glass makes life even sweeter. Cheers to cats, wine, and living out those Hallmark-style happily ever afters!
