2025 Viognier
The wine that might have inspired the whole “swirl and sniff” thing - beautifully aromatic in a way that few other wines are. Smells sweet but isn't.

This “vin gris” (white wine made from dark-skinned grapes) has almost as much color as a rosé, with unique flavors for a totally new wine experience.
