About the Instructor:
Erica Lent is a classically trained chef with over 12 years of experience in the fine dining industry. A culinary school graduate from Johnson & Wales University, she gained national recognition as the first runner-up on Season 41 of Food Network’s Chopped. She is now the Chef/Owner of Boards by Erica, a women-led charcuterie company serving the Seattle area and beyond.
