Redshift presents a mixture of jazz standards and original music that invites the audience to relax to the smooth sounds or to explore the musical depth that the music offers. Kurt Festinger (woodwinds), Dave Bristow (piano), and Neil Conaty (bass) all share a lifetime of professional musical experiences and the bands' performance reflects this, ranging through a variety of styles including original material, swing, Latin, blues, ballad and fusion. The music has a polished and integrated ensemble sound, with each player contributing genuinely interesting musical content.
