Tasting Room Magazine’s Best 75 Wines of the Year

Well well well… look who snuck into some very good company.
Our 2024 White Mourvedre has officially landed on Tasting Room Magazine’s Best 75 Wines of the Year—coming in hot at #61. Casual flex. 💁‍♀️🍷

Out of thousands of wines tasted nationwide, only 75 made the cut, so yes, we’re doing a little victory dance in the winery right now.

Here’s what the judges had to say:

  • Vintage: 2024

  • Score: 92 points

  • Price: $34

“Pale golden in hue, this exotic white wine is both dry and fruity, with crisply-cut texture and good weight. There’s sophisticated refinement to the aromas and flavors of white stone fruit, melon, pineapple and spring flowers, leading to lemon pith and zingy mineral accents that linger on the well-structured finish.”

Honestly? We’ll take exotic, sophisticated, and zingy any day of the week.

White Mourvedre is already a bit of a unicorn: unexpected, slightly rebellious, and definitely not trying to be Chardonnay. Our 2024 vintage leans into that energy: bright, textured, mineral-driven, and secretly very good at stealing the show at dinner parties.

It’s the kind of wine that makes people say:

  • “Wait… what grape is this?”

  • “Ooooh.”

  • “Okay, pour me a little more.”

Getting recognized by Tasting Room Magazine is a big deal for our little Bainbridge Island winery, and we’re beyond proud of this bottle and the humans who made it happen.

So whether you’ve already fallen for White Mourvedre or you’re about to meet it for the first time, now’s your moment. Come taste the wine that earned its spot on a Best of the Year list… and maybe brag about it just a little. We won’t stop you.
