Eleven Winery is hiring for a Happiness Engineer rock star at our NEW Manette Wine Bar (the rumors are true)!

Happiness Engineer

The ideal candidate must exude customer service with the ability and passion to create customers for life! This is a part-time position with the option to pick up more hours frequently. Check out the qualifications & send your resume to our tasting room manager, Ashley, here. 

Essential qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and delivering outstanding customer service

• Possess a high level of energy and enthusiasm

• Direct-to-consumer sales experience preferred

• Exceptional ability to create and provide an outstanding guest experience in keeping with the Eleven’s core values and brand image

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and be self-motivated

• Basic wine knowledge is highly recommended but not required for this position

• Love of wine, community, and people a must! 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Open/Close Wine Bar (cleaning required)

• Food prep and service for a limited menu of small plates

• Maintain a friendly, warm, and clean wine bar environment

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Must have (or obtain) a Food Handlers permit within 14 days and a MAST permit in 30 days.

• Must be able to lift 50lbs

• Must have the ability to stand/walk for long periods behind the wine bar 

Hourly + Benefits (which includes health insurance) - $21/ hour + tips & bonuses
