Watermelon Basil Frosé
Ingredients
- 1/2 watermelon, cubed
- 1 bottle of La Primavera Rosé
- 1 bunch of fresh basil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 4 Tablespoons agave or honey
Instructions
- In a few ice trays, carefully pour one full bottle of La Primavera rosé and freeze for 5-24 hours.
- Cube 1/2 of a watermelon, put on a tray with parchment paper and freeze for 1-5 hours.
- In a blender, mix frozen rosé cubes, frozen watermelon, 1 bunch of fresh basil, lemon juice, honey and vodka. Blend until fully mixed.
- Garnish with watermelon slice and fresh basil.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
